Payment Terms and Conditions
Net 30 purchase orders are accepted from U.S. educational institutions and federal, state, and local government facilities. Credit card payments are accepted for orders placed by phone or through our shopping cart. Cards are not charged until the merchandise is ready to ship, except for custom orders. PayPal payments are accepted through the shopping cart or by email. U.S. military orders may be placed through DFAS (Defense Finance and Accounting Service), with payment through iRAPT (formerly WAWF). Past-due accounts may be assessed a minimum finance charge of $5 or 2% per month, whichever is greater. |

Product Warranty
Products sold by Centrum Sound are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details are listed in each product’s technical data section. To avoid voiding the warranty, all repairs must be performed by the original manufacturer. Before returning a product, obtain a return authorization from the manufacturer and follow their return instructions. Shipping and Tracking - Domestic Orders
We offer free ground shipping on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States. Shipping quotes are available for destinations outside the contiguous United States. Orders under $150 may incur a minimum shipping charge of $25. Standard orders ship directly from the manufacturer through their selected carriers. Processing times are usually 1-5 business days but vary by vendor. Custom orders may require one to two more days. Once your order is complete, we will email you an invoice with tracking details. |

Shipping and Tracking - International Orders
Centrum Sound accepts orders from all US territories and military bases abroad. International orders including APO AE destinations are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested. Products weighing over 70 lbs. cannot be shipped via USPS. A quote with shipping costs and/or options will be e-mailed for your approval. |

Money-Back Guarantee
Centrum Sound offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all standard products and accessories. Restrictions may apply to destinations outside the U.S. Custom and special orders are nonrefundable. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping costs are the shipper’s responsibility. A Return Authorization (RA) number is needed before merchandise can be returned. To obtain an RA number, call Centrum Sound at 530.768.1444 during Pacific Time business hours or email sales@centrumsound.com. To avoid a restocking fee, all equipment and accessories must be returned in their original boxes with all packaging, manuals, warranty certificates, and related materials. Products showing signs of use or improper handling will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise drop-shipped from manufacturers must be returned to the manufacturer unless other arrangements have been made. These items are subject to manufacturer inspection to decide whether a restocking fee applies. |
