The MegaVox Pro with built-in Bluetooth receiver and optional AIR transmitter is perfect for speech
projection in indoor or outdoor settings. MegaVox Pro delivers an incredible 119 dB of intelligible speech from one sound
system and is designed for users with no technical knowledge. The simple control panel is virtually self explanatory and
setup is fast and easy. The Bluetooth receiver as standard on all models. It is simple to play back pre-recorded messages or background music from your favorite Bluetooth device. Wireless UHF Microphones: MegaVox PA systems are equipped with
one or two factory installed wireless UHF receivers. The wireless UHF microphone transmitters are available in a handheld
version and/or a belt-pack equipped with choice of lapel mic, collar mic, headband mic, or, a barely seen
over the ear UltraLite microphone. If wireless music playback from a laptop or personal CD/MP3 player to one or more systems is desired, a special patch cord for the WB-6000/8000 belt-pack transmitter is available (see accessories tab). To avoid potential interference should several wireless sound systems be employed in close
proximity, all UHF components have 16 agile user selectable channels. Transmission
range is 150+ ft.
Bluetooth Receiver: The functionality, flexibility, and utility of the MegaVox PA system is greatly increased with Bluetooth capability. The top-of-the-line Anchor Audio Bluetooth module allows you to connect your Bluetooth enabled device to your Anchor Audio system with a strong connection and an incredible range of up to 100 ft. True to Anchor Audio character, operation is simple, and the applications are endless.
Inputs: All MegaVox models are equipped with two (2) unbalanced
1/4" microphone input jacks and one (1) 1/4" unbalanced line level input jack. All inputs along with the wireless microphone receiver(s) and Bluetooth have separate
volume controls providing users full control over the mix.
Outputs: Because of the high-efficiency re-entrant horn driver, the MegaVox is capable of delivering an unsurpassed 119 dB SPL with just a 20 watt amplifier. For greater sound distribution, a single unpowered companion
speaker can be connected via a separate 1/4" speaker jack. However, with the use of wireless microphones there is no limit to how many wireless MegaVox Pro units can be employed, as long as these are placed within the transmission
range of the wireless microphones. In addition, all MegaVox Pro models feature a 1/4" unbalanced
Lo-Z post fader line output. With a simple line-out to line-in connection, the MegaVox is ideal for daisy-chaining for large events requiring multiple loudspeakers.
Wireless AIR Option: The MegaVox is also available with an optional built-in AIR transmitter that wirelessly connects to one or more battery powered AIR companion speakers. AIR companion speakers can be placed within 150+ feet from the main unit without experiencing latency and/or breaking wireless connection. The MEGA-AIR companion speakers are equipped with their own volume controls and can furthermore drive an additional unpowered companion speaker just the same as the main unit. Signal Alert: All models feature a Signal Alert Button which provides an air horn type
tone great for getting anyone's attention. The sound level can be controlled with a separate volume control.
Power Source: The MegaVox Pro is truly versatile with true AC/DC power supply. With the batteries fully charged operating time is approximately 8-12 hours at medium volume and 3-6 hours at full volume of continuous music input (longer for speech). The system can operate while being charged. A Charger LED will light during charging and flash when the battery is fully charged. The automatic charging system is built-in to MegaVox PRO PA systems and Mega-AIR companion speakers. It is designed to properly charge and maintain the systems built-in batteries. Batteries are fully charged in approximately
15 - 20 hours.
